Format and DNS
We check address structure and whether the recipient domain advertises a valid mail route.
Private data-quality infrastructure
Nordic Mail Ops maintains a private, low-volume system that helps our team identify malformed, non-routable, and inconclusive business email records before they enter an outreach workflow.
What the service does
We check address structure and whether the recipient domain advertises a valid mail route.
Where appropriate, the system performs a limited SMTP handshake and stops before message content is submitted.
Ambiguous responses, catch-all domains, throttling, and policy blocks are reported as risky or unknown—not guaranteed delivery.
Responsible operation
The verifier is an internal tool with no public signup or public API. It is rate-limited, domain-aware, and intended for legitimate business-data hygiene—not consumer profiling, unsolicited bulk email, or bypassing a mail provider's controls.
Verification results are treated as signals rather than promises. We stop or reduce checks when a receiving provider indicates throttling, greylisting, or a policy restriction.
Privacy and retention
Submitted addresses are used only for data-quality checks. Access is limited to authorized operators, and cached results expire on a defined schedule. We do not sell verification data or expose it through this website.
